Overview

In partnership with Threads of Peru, Cohica is proud to offer this one-of-a kind experience; Colors of Peru: A Peruvian Textile Tour. Specially designed for those who are passionate about culture, and interested in textiles and craft traditions, the tour starts in Lima, the City of Kings, before heading to Cusco, the Capital of the Incas. This experience offers a rich and unique insight into Peru, where you will get to know this amazing country through a hands-on exploration of its textiles, food and people. In addition to visiting the breathtaking citadel of Machu Picchu, your guide will take you to little-visited remote villages where you will meet and interact with locals. This is an opportunity to see Peru through the eyes of people who live and breathe this country every day, and who are working to keep traditions alive and improve the lives of those who live here.
