Cliff jumping into the Adriatic

When in Croatia, do as the locals do. At the base of the forested Marjan Hill, the shoreline is dotted with pebble beaches and smooth rock formations that jut into the crystal clear Adriatic.  Jezinac Beach offers shallow swimming in calm water while the nearby rocks provide a chance to test your cliff jumping prowess. There are various heights to choose from (most of the local boys will be on the top ledge) and all are perched above clear, deep ocean water. Even a short jump is a thrill and the perfect way to “dive in” to your stay in Split.
