Together we'll travel through four distinct regions of Italy, focusing on what makes each unique - from food, to wine, to everyday life. We'll sleep in luxury boutique hotels, Tuscan wineries, seaside inns, and lakeside villas, laughing and learning with our local experts along the way.

As Americans who have lived in Europe since 2016, we offer in-depth knowledge of local culture and language. Every trip includes our favorite luxury boutique hotels that we've visited and vetted personally, as well as authentic cultural activities with our personal network of local guides, experts and artisans. With a maximum 6:1 traveler to Trip Leader ratio, you’ll experience the benefits of more organization, interaction and support throughout every aspect of the trip. ​Traveling has a way of opening the world, changing perspectives and providing inspiration. Our goal is to offer a travel experience that is informative, authentic, enriching and truly reflective of the place we're visiting. We'll meet with local producers, experts and artisans, gaining a strong sense of each destination through cultural activities and hands-on workshops. We'll wake up to daily breakfast and share many lunches and dinners together. Choose to make the trip your own with optional pre and post-trip extensions, free time and activity choices.
Where you stay is more than just somewhere to lay your head at night. We carefully select accommodations that are unique and luxurious, with an individual charm and a sense of place that is reflective of each region. We'll sleep in boutique city center hotels, lakeside villas, mountain lodges, wineries and luxury farmstays, which have been personally visited and vetted by us to be sure each is comfortable, offers a high level of service and provides an authentic feel. Hotels are minimum of 3 stars, but generally of the 4 to 5 star level according to the European Hotel Stars system.
​Each Cohica Guided Trip has been thoughtfully designed so that every detail is taken care of from beginning to end. When you arrive, enjoy a private airport arrival transfer to our first hotel to meet the group. Throughout the trip, we'll ride in air-conditioned luxury vans, traveling along scenic backroads when possible, and making stops at off-the-beaten path sights and local restaurants along the way. When you depart, a private transfer will take you back to the airport for your flight home. Easy. 
With a maximum of 12 travelers per group, Cohica Guided Trips offer a unique camaraderie built on a similar travel philosophy. Cohica travelers are people who are inquisitive, open, and value connecting with local cultures. We're people who are interested in trying new things, tasting new foods, and are up for a good laugh. Couples, singles and adults of all ages are welcome. What ties us together is our desire to explore, experience and connect in a new place.
