Il Gusto di Smeralda, Siena

Located near the train station, on the edge of Siena’s historic center, Il Gusto di Smeralda is (as the sign in front of the shop clearly points out) a “Mozzarellaria.” Meaning they sell delicious mozzarella cheese in all shapes and sizes, including some amazing Burrata di Bufala. We stumbled upon this wonderful little Italian cheese shop by accident and it was one of the best things that happened to us in Tuscany.
