Thursdays at Musee d'Orsay

The hugely popular and super busy Musee d’Orsay offers visitors a chance each week to view some of the world’s most famous works in a different light. Every Thursday night the museum stays open until 9:45pm (it normally closes at 6pm) and tickets purchased after 6pm are only 8 euro 50. This way you can see Van Gogh’s Starry Night at night, beat the midday crowds, and even save a few bucks. Walk or take the metro to the illuminated Eiffel Tower afterwards for possibly the best date night Paris has to offer. Check out our complete guide to The Best of Paris, (Slightly) Under the Radar.
